洋川芎内酯A/(S)-3-丁基-4,5-二氢异苯并呋喃-1(3H)-酮/(3S)-3-丁基-4,5-二氢-1(3H)-异苯并呋喃酮/洋川芎内酯/仙菌内酯A

were provided by the Chinese National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products (Beijing, China). Standards of CCS (120628, >98%), CCSG (121219, >97%), SEI (120728, >96%), ONO (120531, >98%), 5-O-M (120620, >98%), DAI (120829, >98%), FOR (120227, >98%), SEA (120828, >96%), and AST-III (120615, >98%) were purchased from Sichuan Weikeqi Biotech Co., Ltd. (Sichuan, China). Standards for THPB (10421-201207, >98%), TET (110711-200708, >98%), and THP (20302-201204, >98%) were purchased from Nanchang Beta Biotech Co., Ltd. (Nan chang, China).

All 10 standard compounds used in this study (DL-Arginine, Adenine, Uracil, liquiritin, Ferulic acid, Liquiritigenin, Z-Ligustilide, Isoliquiritigenin, Senkyunolide A, and Isoimperatorin) with a purity >98% were all purchased from Weikeqi Biotechnology Co., Ltd (Chengdu, China). Methotrexate (MTX) was purchased from Shanghai Xinyi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd (Shanghai, China) and was used as the positive control.

The reference standards, tanshinone I, tanshinone IIA, cryptotanshinone, senkyunolide I, protocatechuic aldehyde, danshensu, salvianolic acid A, salvianolic acid B, protocatechuic acid, gallic acid, caffeic acid, rosmarinic acid, chlorogenic acid, and ethyl-4-hydroxy-3-methoxycinnamate were purchased from Chengdu Must Bio-technology CO., Ltd. (Sichuan, China); and dihydrotanshinone I, senkyunolide A, puerarin, and daidzin were provided by Sichuan weikeqi biological technology Co., Ltd. (Sichuan, China). The purity of all the standards were above 98%, with the chemical structures displayed in Fig. 1.

Senkyunolide H CRS (LOT 13013101) were purchased from Shanghai Pure and Biological Technology. Senkyunolide A CRS (LOT 121229) was purchased from Sichuan Weikeqi Biological Technology.

The reference standards of compounds A1–A23 were purchased from Chengdu Must Bio-technology (Sichuan, China), and compounds A24–A26 were purchased from Sichuan Weikeqi Biological Technology (Sichuan, China). The purities of all reference standards were over 95% and their chemical structures were illustrated in Fig. S1.

The standards of compounds A1–A35 were purchased from Chengdu Must Biotechnology. (Sichuan, China) and Sichuan WEIKEQI Biotechnology (Sichuan, China), and these compounds were all determined with the purities >98% by HPLC or GC method. Ten batches of DHQYCs were obtained from Jilin Long Xin Pharmaceutical.

Ferulic acid was from Sigma (St. Louis, MO); paeonol was purchased from National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products (Beijing, China); butylphthalide, and Z-butylidenephthalide, and senkyunolide A were purchased from Weikeqi Biotechnology Co. (Sichuan, China); Z-ligustilide was kindly provided by Prof. Pengfei Tu, Medical College of Peking University. All chemical standards were proven to have purity of 98% or above basing on their GC profile and MS data. Analytical- and HPLC-grade reagents were from Merck (Darmstadt, Germany).

Buxue Yimu granule was obtained from Zhuzhou Qianjin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Hunan, China). Hesperidin (batch No. C-006-191012), Astragaloside (batch No. H-013-180228), leonurine (batch No. Y-065-180518), ferulic acid (batch No. A-002-181216), and calycosin (batch No. M-020-190219) were obtained from Chengdu Herbpurity Co., Ltd. Senkyunolide A (batch No. wkq 20050703) was purchased from Chengdu Weikeqi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Ligustilide (batch No. DST 191015-007) and Formononetin (batch No. DST191202-011) were obtained from Chengdu Desite Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

Ferulic acid (batch No. MUST-20060511) was brought from Chengdu Mansite Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Senkyunolide A (batch No. wkq20050703) was brought from Sichuan Weikeqi Co., Ltd. Ligustilide (batch No. G01001909022) was brought from Chengdu Ruifensi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Mifepristone and Misoprostol were brought from Zizhu Pharmaceutical Co.
