Pedicellus Melo was purchased from Aomiao Chinese herbal medicine (Anhui, China) and CuB was extracted and separated from Pedicellus Melo. CuB and Cucurbitacin D reference substances were purchased from Weikeqi Biotech Co., Ltd. (Sichuan, China). Labrasol was kindly donated by Gattefosse Trading Co., Ltd (Shanghai, China).
